Single ingredient Yak Cheese. Super long lasting chew. We have hybrid yak at the base of the Nepal Himalayas, so no fillers. The last bit can be soaked in water for 30 min or more then microwaved for 30-45 seconds to  make a cheese puff! Much higher in protein and Omega 3s than cow's milk, high fat.
