Yak Cheese- Large

Ingredients are Yak milk, salt, and lime. The last bit can be soaked in water for 30 min or more then microwaved for 30-45 seconds to  make a cheese puff! Much higher in protein and Omega 3s than cow's milk, high fat. Most Yak cheese on the market is only 10-20% Yak cheese, and is based on inhumane sourcing. We have a farm in the himalayan mountains that is a safe work environment, and the Yak eat the same diet and have the same nutritional value.
